FAMILIES AND BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME!

Our tour is about 3 and a half hours including a mandatory pre-ride briefing, 2 hours of drive time and 3 stops with breath taking views and fascinating history. Beginning in a vast valley surrounded by mountains in the Mojave Desert we work our way up to the Nopah Mountain Range. There we will have 2 stops at mines in the old mining district dating back to the 1800’s. The 3rd stop will be at beautiful China Ranch Date Farm located on a natural oasis housing a date farm and gift shop. From China Ranch there’s about 35 minutes of drive time before returning to Cynthia’s.

Even though there will be times to drive fast, this tour is not all about speed. You will encounter many different types off terrain which will require slower speed and some maneuvering. These mines have not been maintained for many years making them potentially unstable so we will not be going inside. However the outside of the entrances are just as interesting (see some mine pictures in gallery).
